We add the M&A expertise when you lack it. We complement your team with transaction skills when your client seeks M&A advice from you and your organization. We work for strategy advisory consultancies, commercial and investment banks and boutiques, law, tax and accounting firms, interim management and executive search companies to whom we sub-contract on a project basis.

Existing relationships of trust between clients and advisors are the basis to retain good assignments on an ongoing basis. Advisors who have won client trust, often over many years, sometimes lack the transaction experience, or industry skill-set to credibly offer the M&A advisory service for which the client is asking. We help other advisors fill that void and capture and execute assignments that neither organization would obtain alone. By joining capabilities, customer relationships are enhanced and deepened, while growing the revenue base and reputation of your firm.

We seek long-term partnerships with highly reputable advisory firms. Our partners will remain lead advisor to their clients, and depending on their needs, we will join their team on a project basis, and if appropriate under their brand.

Fee Model

Periodic retainer netted with a share of total project fees. Reimbursement of expenses.
